A Fan-plastic Week

Pretty much everything said by Dan goes for me as well, but I will also share a little bit regarding Dr. Spector's research group, the Laboratory for Bioregenerative Medicine and Surgery. His lab is performing research to address several problems, including vascularization of engineered tissues, inflammatory response to sutures, and the contributions of Mast Cells to inflammation at the wound site. We have been introduced to these topics by Ope and Hector, two members of the team. We are currently learning the details of their research interests preparing ourselves to determine what we will be working on for the lab this summer.
